The Salon Environment
Viziatta Nails is a sanctuary for relaxation. I strive to create an environment of peace, acceptance, and mutual respect. To maintain this atmosphere, we kindly ask that guests refrain from using profanity during their visit.
Children & Guests
To provide a focused and tranquil experience for all clients, we are unable to accommodate children in the salon. Please make childcare arrangements prior to your visit.
Deposits
• Deposits are required to secure your preferred date and time.
• The deposit amount will be deducted from your total on the day of service.
• Please note: Deposits are non-transferable to other dates. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
Punctuality & Lateness
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To keep our schedule running smoothly for all guests, please aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
• Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for unexpected delays.
• Late Fees: After the 10-minute grace period, a charge of $1 per minute will be added to your service.
• Communication: Please call or text if you are running late. If I haven’t heard from you by the end of the grace period, your appointment will be marked as a "No-Show." No-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
I understand that life happens! However, because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, I require at least 24 hours' notice for any changes.
• Late Changes: Rescheduling or canceling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.
• Policy Adherence: To maintain fairness for all clients, I keep a record of policy violations. After a third offense, we will no longer be able to provide future services.
